Credentialing

Credentialing must be renewed every three years, and the process to renew starts six months before your due date. Between credentialing cycles, we require up-to-date documents when renewing and if there is any change of status, address and/or carrier:

Submitting your credentialing application and requested support documents quickly is key to timely credentialing.
