Benefits

CalOptima Health PACE offers you many services and benefits, covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal. Services can be in your home, the community or at the PACE Center. Your own Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) will work with you and your family to create an individual care plan.

Services must be either pre-approved or obtained from specified doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other health care providers who contract with CalOptima Health PACE. Program participants will be responsible for any unauthorized or out-of-network services.

Prior authorization is never required for emergency, preventive or sensitive services.
