Interested in becoming a contracted provider partner with CalOptima Health?

If you would like to play a role in strengthening Orange County’s health care delivery system, then perhaps becoming a CalOptima Health provider partner is for you.

Which network are you interested in?

Strengthen Orange County's health care delivery system, while protecting existing doctor-patient relationships by contracting directly to serve CalOptima Health members. Interested doctors may register to join the CalOptima Health Community Network (CCN) or the CalOptima Health Behavioral Health Network.
