Employee Appreciation

We realize how important employee recognition is, so we take the time to show appreciation for hard work through events and awards. The programs motivate and inspire even more dedication in our workforce.

Customer Service Week focuses on thanking employees for their hard work and customer focus.

The Employee Activities Committee’s mission is to unite CalOptima employees through regular events and fundraisers promoting friendship, involvement and support. From Halloween costume and pumpkin carving contests to bowling nights to ice cream socials, there are employee activities happening throughout the entire year. The committee also organizes outreach opportunities, giving back to the community through food and toy drives.

Leaders nominate employees for a cash reward for going “above and beyond” their typical job responsibilities.
