As Chief Information Officer, Kathleen Linder is responsible for oversight and day-to-day operations of CalOptima Health’s Information Technology functions including application development, infrastructure management, data management and enterprise architecture. Linder champions key digital transformation and innovation initiatives. She has a wealth of leadership experience from prior executive IT positions at Elevance Health, Kaiser Permanente and United Health. She is a 40+ year resident of Orange County and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business/IT from California State University, Fullerton and her master’s degree in Engineering from USC.
