Whole-Child Model Family Advisory Committee

The Whole-Child Model Family Advisory Committee (WCM FAC) will support CalOptima Health’s work to incorporate California Children’s Services (CCS) into Medi-Cal managed care. The goal of the transition is an improved health care experience for children who have complex needs. The committee includes up to nine family representatives and up to four seats for representatives from organizations that serve children with CCS conditions. The transition to the WCM occurred July 1, 2019.
