CalOptima Link Update

CalOptima announces the launch of our new and improved web portal, CalOptima Link. Effective May 1, 2012, Provider Online Tools (POLT) will no longer be available.

CalOptima Link has additional resources and tools so you can:

  • Submit referrals online

  • View authorization status

  • View clinical alerts at a glance

  • Create reports

  • Obtain eligibility information

  • View referral information

  • And more!

Please register for CalOptima Link by clicking here. After we have received your registration request, we will contact you by telephone. To adhere to security standards for access to CalOptima Link, our customer support staff will request confirmation of employment or affiliation on company letterhead. This will ensure access only to the appropriate staff in your office.

Due to the expected high volume of provider requests, you may experience a delay in receiving your Login ID and password. We appreciate your patience as we work to process your request. Until you receive your CalOptima Link Login ID, you may use CalOptima’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System by calling 800-463-0935 or 714-246-8540. In addition to the IVR, you may use the Department of Health Care Services Automated Eligibility Verification System (AEVS) by calling 800-456-2387 for member eligibility.
