Maternity Health Program

Our maternity health program helps you have a healthy pregnancy and baby by teaching you about healthy eating, getting your testing done on time and accessing resources. The program works to increase healthy full-term deliveries. All services are provided at no cost to CalOptima Health members. Weight Management Program

Weight management helps improve your overall health. Coaching is offered face-to-face or by phone. We also provide community education classes throughout Orange County. Children may be referred to a contracted weight management program outside of CalOptima Health if they meet the program requirements.
