If you can’t get a hold of your doctor, you can talk to one of our nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the CalOptima Nurse Advice Phone Line. Nurses answer the phone, and can help you get the facts you need to take care of yourself at home. The nurse can also help you find out what care you need, such as at the doctor’s office, urgent care or the emergency room.
