As a public agency, CalOptima is responsible for prudent use of taxpayer dollars. The Board of Directors Finance and Audit Committee (FAC) ensures CalOptima fulfills that commitment by providing oversight of all financial matters. The committee meets quarterly throughout the fiscal year.
