Lee leads the implementation of quality improvement activities for CalOptima Health. She oversees the key medical affairs functions of Quality Management, Quality Improvement and Quality Analytics and ensures they are aligned with the agency’s strategic and operational priorities. Lee brings decades of experience overseeing and consulting for Medicare and Medicaid products and programs for plans in Southern California and nationwide, including a previous position as Director of Medical Data Management and Quality Improvement at CalOptima Health. She earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and a master’s degree in public health, both from the University of California, Los Angeles.
