Maternity Health Program

Are you pregnant? Are you trying to conceive? Our Bright Steps program may be able to help you throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born. Bright Steps helps you have a healthy pregnancy and baby. The program teaches you about healthy eating, getting your testing done on time and gives resources. Bright Steps works to increase healthy full-term deliveries. All Bright Steps services are provided at no cost to CalOptima Health members. Call us at 1-888-587-8088 (TTY 711).

Weight Management Program

Weight management helps improve your overall health, and we want to support you on this journey. Talk to a member of our Health and Wellness staff over the phone to get the services right for you. Our services include telephonic and face-to-face coaching. Or if you enjoy learning in a group setting, we provide community education classes throughout Orange County. Children may be referred to a contracted weight management program outside of CalOptima Health if they meet the program requirements. Call us at 1-888-587-8088 (TTY 711).
