Interested in becoming a contracted provider partner with CalOptima Health?

If you would like to play a role in strengthening Orange County’s health care delivery system, then becoming a CalOptima Health provider partner is for you.

Which Network Are You Interested In?

Strengthen Orange County’s health care delivery system while protecting existing doctor-patient relationships by contracting directly to serve CalOptima Health members. Credentialing

Credentialing must be renewed every three years, and the process to renew starts six months before your due date. Between credentialing cycles, we require up-to-date documents when renewing and notice of any change of status, address and/or carrier:

  • State license
  • DEA
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Board certifications

Submitting your credentialing application and requested support documents quickly is key to timely credentialing.
