CalOptima works with more than 7,000 doctors, nearly 500 pharmacies, and most of the local hospitals and long-term care facilities in Orange County. Our providers are here for you no matter if you are having a health care checkup, life-threatening emergency or major health issue.

To us, “Better. Together.” means more than great health care providers. It also means knowing where to turn if you need help. CalOptima's Customer Service staff is trained to help you learn about your benefits and know how to get the care you need. Our team is based in Orange County and speaks English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, Korean, Arabic and Chinese. We also offer interpreter services to you if your language is not spoken by our team.

You Can Report Non-Compliance, Fraud, Waste and Abuse. If you see any activity that you think is wrong, we strongly encourage you to call our Compliance and Ethics Hotline at 1-877-837-4417 or report the activity using the Suspected Fraud or Abuse Referral Form. You do not have to give your name to report fraud activity.
